Tesla is finally going global with the Cybertruck — and it’s official.
For the first time ever, Tesla will begin Cybertruck deliveries outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with new markets opening up later this year.
The all-electric pickup is heading to the Middle East, starting with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar in late 2025.
It’s a huge milestone. Until now, Cybertruck has only been a North American affair. But Tesla just changed the game by confirming that customers in these wealthy Gulf nations will soon be getting behind the wheel of one of the most talked-about EVs on the planet.
The announcement came just as Tesla launched deliveries in Saudi Arabia for the very first time today (April 10) — not just for the Cybertruck, but for its entire lineup. This marks Tesla’s official entry into the Middle Eastern market.
Why the Middle East?
It’s simple: big money, big roads, and big demand.
The Middle East is no stranger to luxury and innovation, and with celebrities already loving the Cybertruck, Tesla knows it’s stepping into the perfect market. Wide roads and a strong appetite for high-performance vehicles make this a natural fit.
How will Tesla make this work logistically?
Right now, the Cybertruck is only being produced at Gigafactory Texas, so Tesla will likely ship these vehicles directly from the U.S. to the Middle East. Neither Giga Berlin nor Giga Shanghai has Cybertruck production lines in place (yet).
That means Tesla will need to manage long-distance logistics while keeping up with global demand — something it’s done before, but never with a vehicle this bold or bulky.
What about other countries?
Ever since the Cybertruck launched, fans around the world have asked: When will we get it too? There were even rumors of a smaller, “mini” Cybertruck for tighter roads in Europe and Asia — a concept Elon Musk once teased.
But for places like Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where roads are wide and parking is rarely an issue, Tesla is going full-size with no downsizing needed.
