Tesla announces 68 Optimus robot job openings and internships across the U.S. — Apply now

Tesla is moving ahead with its Optimus humanoid robot project and has recently announced 68 job openings across various locations in the United States.

These positions are available in:

  • Draper, Utah
  • Palo Alto, California
  • Fremont, California
  • Sparks, Nevada
  • Austin, Texas

Among these, there are three internships for the summer of 2025:

  • Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Robotics Modeling
  • Thermal Design Engineer

Most of the jobs are in Palo Alto, California. However, there is a position for a Data Labeler in Draper, Utah. In Sparks, Nevada, Tesla is looking to fill two roles:

  • Technical Program Manager in Battery Manufacturing
  • Manufacturing Controls Development Engineer
